Where We Make Our Tea
Our teas are packed in a 90,000 sq ft state-of-the-art production facility, located in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. The plant is certified through the Sri Lanka Tea Board for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Bureau Veritas for ISO 2200 and FSSC 22000, which is a recognized body of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
Our Standards
The lion quality symbol on our packaging is a global trademark owned by the Sri Lanka Tea Board, that guarantees the tea is premium in quality, and is 100% pure Ceylon Tea packaged in Sri Lanka. At Truly Ceylon Tea, we are proud to state that we have been awarded this highest certification of tea quality for conforming to the standards set by the Sri Lanka Tea Board.
We take pride in introducing Sri Lankan grown tea that is 100% ozone-friendly. This is a distinction that no other tea producing nation can proclaim.
